It's not easy, because so many Koreans want to study in an English-speaking country or Europe, but they don't consider the Philippines to fall in either category (even though English is widely spoken there). Many Koreans equate whiteness with an ability to speak English like a native. English teachers of color in Korea have reported being discriminated against.

If you have any kids, you could try looking for a Korean au pair. You can also register to host on http://www.homestayweb.com. Pax International might have some possibilities, too. You could also check with your local university housing office, if they have one, and list yourself with them for any Korean students who attend.
