  1. its actually very easy to do this.

    First copy the URL of the youtube video.

    Then go to Zamzar.com

    Next click on Download Videos.

    In Step 1, post the URL of your video in their.

    Then, go to Step 2, and choose mp3, or any other audio file you want.

    Then enter your email and wait. It takes a pretty long time.

    Once the conversion is complete, you will get an email of the file to download.

    Its a very reliable site and i use it a lot of times. Hope this helps!

    Beacause YouTube video is FLV format...and don't accepted by Windows Movie Maker.
