... at home to get rid of puffiness in the facial area ? I drink loads of water, have a healthy diet, exercise a lot ......

  1. Use your fingers and make soft circles in that little space right beside the front of your ear sort of over the opening. Then light circles underneath your ear by the jaw bone. Then lightly move your hand along your neck from your ear to your collar bone. Then light circles underneath your collar bone by the sternum (middle) Then make a fist and lightly tape your self in that same area with the round part by your thumb. Do all of those a few times each. On each side. I do it in the morning and at night but you can do it as much as you like. All of those will activate and speed up the lymph drainage in your face.   2. Yes, there is.  Massage the abdominal lymph nodes, then the chest, then the neck, then the face.  Starting the massage at the abdominal region provides a place for the drainage to happen.
