Please read the good books, old and modern also; always. They improve the language; English, Hindi, Urdu or any language !

Dont be scared when ur senior talks in English..he is used to it so he speaks easily...you should also try and practice to speak English correctly which will help u to overcome this fear..always try to make sentences and test yourself..means, you should think in your mind about a situation and how you would reply to someone when he is asking some questions to you...in this way, you will know how to frame proper sentences and then your mind knows how to speak in different situtations...read simple grammar books written by Wren & Martin to know the correct English usage...good luck

first u talk in eng. in mirror

then talk with sister and brothers

then talk  with other family members,

then talk with friends and other relatives

then talk with chating on net

then finally talk with your senior , surely, not scared.

but remember make a habit talk in eng. for short daily withone, otherwise you may be again, scared.
