I want to improve my english conversational skills by someone with a US accent through online?

Hi,

I might be breaking the condition of "online" here. However, if you really want to improve your accent, then here is what I propose:

1. Get hold of a good US english serial, say, FRIENDS, for example

2. Watch regularly from 1 to 3 hours.

3. Identify a character in that serial and start observing that character very closely.

4. Try to remember (mug up) the most used phrases of the chosen character and ensure that you are speaking them loud along with him when they are being shown.

5. Try to catch the accent and start speaking most sentences as they appear on screen

Now for the Online stuff:

Do the theoretical research on the net and get the basics right, examples: the rolling R and the "thime" instead of "time". You can practice them separately in your spare time.

Install Skype and get some buddy's from US, with whom you can talk.

Finally, get yourself a part time job in a call centre, who is serving US clients. You have to keep practising what you are learning, else you may tend to lose it.
