  1. read, write, speak. < That's important, but I know what you want: A native speaker who talks with you. It's not easy to find one, If you not live there, maybe you can find one in the Network. I hope you will find one. ;-)

@Maxkhim  isn't wrong what you say, russian is a beautiful language and the future is important, but english is still a universal language. Greetings from germany. ;-)

  2. Try getting a pen-pal or someone who you can email.

Try asking people to send you their email address,

don't give away too much personal information though!

Or, go to an english class.

    Good luck!

  3. Hi

You can improve your english by reading english books and watching movies, music videos and finding their lyrics from internet, listening english mp3 songs and going to english discussion classes and watching news from for example CNN,BBC,etc.

    Wish i could help you,

  4. READ!!! Watch english movies and tv shows but reading is the most important thing to do

  5. First, memorize 10 never-heard words everyday.

    Second, Read.Read.Read

Third: Have a good English conversation everyday.

And if this things didn't work..

"Go get a major in English"

    :D

  6. Good luck improving your English.

  7. i think the best way to improve any language is by reading it!

try to start with little books! then change its level

i have done the same with my french! and now im fine with it!

trust me just read! and listen to some songs translate them!

and try to talk as much as you can in english!

  8. As a native speaker the things that for me show fluency are use of expressions- foreigners tend to get the meaning across but not in a native-like manner, so your going to want to articulate yourself a little better to show fluency, also we are more prone to using things like "that's kinda bluish" as opposed to the none native "that's a kind of blue"- so we making full use of endings like these.

As far as accent goes, I suggest you watch movies, and try to repeat (to this alone however, I do this in French and everyone gets annoyed. Also- flash cards- use a varied vocabulary- and also, use age appropriate english

i.e. "you look rather smashing" would be a little bit...beyond your years perhaps as oppose to "you're hot" so, although you do need to learn the formal english, try and use english which kids your age in an english speaking country would use. Try and also, find an accent and stick to learning that one- I recommend british english, I am british myself, and the accent is understood everywhere and held in high esteem even in the US. Eh....flash cards for vocabulary....of course read the news there are many sites cnn.com bbc.co.uk and may I also suggest theonion.com which uses formal english, but its very satirical so its amusing....if you want you can email me, or msn me and Id be happy to be a sort of pen pal- just email my yahoo and Ill give you my msn if you want.

  9. nowadays people like u usually go to England for some english summer courses they have lessons and they take u 2 some places to see(museums, monument etc.)its the best way to improve ur english.i went to some summer schools and it really did work...u'll have fun and enjoy learning english without reading or writing...)))

  10. In order to remove the feeling of nervousness or bashfulness, practise English sentences and speak to yourself, but with a very normal voice (as if you are speaking to someone who stands about 1 metre far from you). This way, you will become accustomed with your own voice in English, and won't be nervous in a few weeks. This seems very simple and childish, but the result is miraculous!
