I want to improve my sexual endurance. How?

I normally last 9 minutes in bed.(Though the last time we did it, I just lasted for 3 minutes! Hahaha! I was so tired from our overnight swimming! Duh!) My gf says it's satisfying, but I want to improve my performance and i want to take it much longer. I know that practicing by masturbating is the workout. But I want to have some more tips.

Masturbation is definitely one way to learn to control yourself - just keep bringing yourself as close as you can with coming and then stop, take a break and start again.  Gradually you'll be able to do the same when you're thrusting - the key is to slow down.  Most of us tend to go like jackrabbits when we're close and that's what pushes us over the top.  Speaking of top, the other way is to let the woman get on top ... that way, she controls the action to some extent and will teach how she reacts.  Also, let yourself do more foreplay ... that can get your partner warmed up and ready to rock.

    Just find something to desensitize your unit. And as for building up endurance naturally. Practice, with the girl and by yourself. Switch up positions when you are about to pop. h**l even take your unit out of her for a second to regain composer. And just so you know 9 minutes of intercourse is pretty much above average. Most women don't want it too last 30 minutes to an hour anyway. Its gets sore after awhile.

  9. You could try for more than once in a session.  Your gf will likely have to help get you up again if your have a long refractory period (the time it takes you to get aroused again).  But each time should take longer.
