im about to play high school ball and i tried everything to increase my vert but had little sucess i now squat and do calf raises 120 calf raises a day and 60 squats a day

  1. Put some rocks in a bag and wrap it around your ankles then play basketball. You will jump higher in about a month.


  2. buy leg weights or jumpsoles.
