I am new to the real estate industry, but very determined. Are there any real estate pro's that would'nt mind teaching this student the in's and out's of real estate? I do read alot about the subject, but like I say books are not always right. Especially in todays market. I would appreciate any information given. I live in Dallas, TX and it would be great to meet and learn from someone in my area. Thanks in advance.

  1. One investing option is creative real estate ( A.K.A Lease purchasing )

That's what I do. I find buyers and set them up on Rent to Owns. In todays market, Many sellers are open to this option.

I used a mentoring system to get me started.

Your right, you need a good teacher to help you get started.

By the way, I make $2500+ per deal not counting back end when the properties sell. Check out my blog about my mentor. It can help you weigh your options.

  2. There are a lot of "ins and outs".

    What are you goals?

Do you want to own real Estate. Do you just want to make quick cash?

Do you want to be an investor, or a real Estate Agent. Help us by trying to narrow it down a bit.
