I want to istall neon on the underside on my car on the sides, where would i connect them to and how?

If anyone knows where i can find a diagram or a visual instructions for this i need to know

for a power source id connect them strait to the battery with a toggle switch for an off and on ,also fuse that circuit so it will be protected,thats the safest way to hook those up,then you have control over them with the engine running or not running,i dont have a diagram of doing this but its pretty strait forward once you get the power wire ran for them,the body of the vehicle will act as a ground,just make sure you add an in line fuse on those,it will blow if they try to overload the circuit,good luck.
