I want to join Oman Airways as a crew scheduler .How is the work environment,cost of living & salary , ?

Oman Air is a government owned company and the salaries probably would be on the lower side. But  Muscat is a beautiful place. Getting a place to stay is difficult as there is geniune shortage of apartments/villas there.

Well, since that job sounds like an office job and not an "in-the-air" job, it sounds pretty safe.  Ask them if they allow office workers to watch hockey games.  They stopped letting pilots watch hockey games while in the cockpit after showing that all incidents of "turbulence" coincided with a team scoring a goal.
