I want to join Portland State university in fall 2009 so where can or when can i apply for a scholarship??????

Go to Portland State to apply for a school for a scholar ship. I would think that now would be the time to get started. You will have to research what kind of scholarship you want to apply for (there are several different types of scholarships out there).

       Go to Portland State and ask them what they offer,what it takes to qualify for a scholarship and then you can decide.(do not decide right away,because things may change by the fall of 2009). Do your homework on this one and do it very carefully).
