No I'm not joking. Will they still let me join the Navy as a chef? Because that is what I had in mind.

  1. Ouch.....Talk to a recruiter, although balls may not be a necessity it might be a DQ.  A recruiter can tell you more than anyone here!

  2. You'll fit right in.

  3. depends on why they were removed.. if  because of cancer,.,. you are DQ'd for five years after treatment ends and you cannot have any possibility of recurrence.

other conditions are also a DQ.

as for getting CS: only if you qualify, and they have a need for them.

  4. I know lots of guys with only one and they all enlisted just fine.  I even know about 3 other guys that had one removed on active duty. Just as long as the medical reason leading to have them removed is not a DQ reason you should be just fine.  Talk to a Navy recruiter about it but I don't see any problems.

  5. As long as you have disclosed your condition, there should be no problem with you being able to join any military branch.

  6. As long as they were removed for medical reasons and NOT because you wanted a s*x change.

  7. i dont think you need your balls to fight in wars (women do it) much less to be a chef.

  8. No. Absence on one t******e, developmental or acquired.  is cause enough for disqualification. The source below is the medical standard

  9. Yes,Yes,Yes! But i think the expression "No Balls" is truley taken to it's limit.

  10. Navy... come on now.. Do something else. Marine!! :) even the Air Force would be fine.. Even the National Guard is better than Navy..

    oo-rah

  11. Yes, the Navy will take men without balls ... but the Marines won't.  Go with Navy and you'll feel more comfortable.

  12. I believe it is a disqualifier...I'm a former Navy Corpsman. According to MANMED Chapter 15 Physical Exams you need to have them intact.

However, there are medical waivers. You would have to have your doctors provide records as to why they were removed. If you had cancer, you probably won't be able to enlist...

You can talk to a recriter and have them look at the instruction. Or you can google MANMED Chapter 15 Physical Exams. Look under enlistment physicals.

  13. Your lack of testicles does not disqualify you from entering the Navy...or any other military branch.
