I want to join the cheerleading but i am not so flexable. Help me!!!?

I can not split or flip and tryouts are close to here .I need help and alot of help.Can someone tell me how i can learn in less than 3 weeks how to do all of that....................Please

  1. Flexibility is achieved through excersize. Careful excersize. Learning to do the splits are through a series of different excersize. To learn how to do the splits i suggest you go on youtube and search how to do the splits. There are a multiple amount of people who will show you safe excersizes in order to do the splits.

    As for flips it would be best if you had a trampoline to practise on but learning to do a flip takes time and as i said try youtube again lol. Although i think that instead of doing flips you can do cartwheels or one handed cartwheels there are many easier types of flips that are not hard to learn you just need to try.

  2. go to a cheer gym ask for a private lesson

    they know what to do and how to get you in shape

    if u work hard enough and get a private lesson then you probably can get a running backhandspring in 3 weeks

    and if not keep going to the private classes they will help alot

    if there are no private classes sign up for a class to help get u in shape

  3. Keep practicing, and flexing, don't stretch to fast though you could pull a muscle! Just keep trying you should get better!

  4. hi i am a cheer leader and i been doing this for 10 years now and i couldn't do none of that but it was my weight i lost some weight and start to stretch i would have people hold my leg back and everything
