I want to keep my 9 birds in the basement and make it there room.?

I am thinking about putting my birds in the basement because I want a place for them to have of their own.I am keeping them in a small room right now and would like to know if I keep the basement warm in winter and cool in the summer will they be safe.I am going to also put a air fitler system down there.I have 2 lories,2morning doves,one maximallion, Quaker,parrotlet, African Grey and a Blue crown conure.

do everything you said and make sure there is windows so they can get natural lighting and dont forget to give them love, attention and time out of their cage :)

Wow that's a lot of birds! No wonder you want to get them their own space.

As long as you keep the basement at a good temperature, and there isn't a furnace that burns wood or anything that puts out any kind of fumes, then it should be fine. Just make sure there's enough light in there during the day that they aren't in the dark all the time. Other than that, as long as you love on them and give them enough attention, they should be just fine.
