I want to kick my room mate out who is on the lease?

So recently he has been harassing me, getting people to come over and try to fight me, illegally evicted me, took all my belongings in the apartment and put them in my room, what can I do to get him out?

I had the same problem with my roommate. She moved in and hasn't paid a dime for anything, so I took all of her things in the apartment and placed them in her room. I am the primary lease holder, but seeing as she is on the lease, I cannot legally evict her. So I'm assuming you are not allowed legally to evict yours either. My suggestion is getting a lawyer if it reaches that point, that's what is solving my problems now.
