I want to know EVERYTHING I can send my boyfriend in Basic Training for the Navy!!!?

Please help,

he didn't ask many questions, but I would like to know everything that I am allowed to send him while he is in basic training,

any cute ideas would be great!!

I've written lots of letters and I drew cute pictures on the pages, I think if i draw them on the envelope he might get in trouble?

I know they're not allowed like ANYTHING but if anyone knows things that he's allowed or not allowed that would be great.

Also- how often should I send the letters? Everyday? Once a Week?

I don't want him to get extra work for me sending letters daily.

cards and letters ONLY.    nothing else will be permitted save a non s**y photograph( Grandma Esther would be proud to put it on her Mantle. )    Wallet sized.
