it is a great course. it deals about how things are manufactured, working principles of all the machines around us,measurements,knowledge of materials ,etc. to say in short mechanical engg. is one among the back bone of mordern work. right from a simple safty pin to an advanced rocket, there is a contribution of a mechanical engineer.
