I want to know about the education in singapore. please help....?

i will go to singapore for studying in two years. guys in singapore please tell me about the type of education followed there.. (like higher secondary course, pre university)

If your intention is to get into goverment educational institute, you will probably be access on your current academic qualification before they take you in.

Secondary schools are divided into 4 or 5 years courses. 4 years courses are called the "express classes" and 5 years courses are called the "normal classes".  

After secondary schools, graduates can choose to advance to "junior colleges" (2 years course) or "polytechnic" (3 years course).

Universities has first priority for junior colleges students, but not for polytechnics graduates.

The difference in the two is polytechnics students are already equipped with basic technical or other academic skills that they can come out to work in the society, whereas junior college students don't.
