  1. All vegtables have acid in them, if you don't wash them properly before you consume them, since many farmers spray acid on them to keep them from being eaten by animals or unwanted insects.

  2. Sweet green and red peppers, potatoes (with skin), tomatoes, and Brussels sprouts, tomatoes, broccoli, turnip greens and other leafy greens contain ascorbic acid ( Vit.C )

    Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, spinach, cabbage, asparagus and parsnips contain folic acid.

    Avocados and olives contain fatty acids.

    Avocados also contain tartaric acid.

    Tomatoes also contain citric, malic, oxalic, succinic, glycolic, tartaric, phosphoric, hydrochloric, sulphuric, fumaric, pyrrolidinonecarboxylic and galacturonic acids.

    MPotatoes contain malic, citric, oxalic, phosphoric and pyroglutamic acids.

    Carrots contain malic, citric, isocitric, succinic and fumaric acids.
