I want to know about your bed?

Question

I have a Sterns & Foster pillow top king size bed with no headboard. I've had it for awhile and will need to buy a new bed soon. Please tell me

a. what size bed do you have?

b. what brand?

c. do you have a headboard?

d. is your bed comfy?

It's a queen sized bed. I have no idea what brand it is. It has a head board and foot board. Oh, it is so comfy! It has a pillow top mattress with those micro foam things on top, and then a down feather mattress cover on top of that. You just sink into it when you lay down. Hard to find sheets that fit, but best bed I've ever had.

We have a queen size, about a 14" depth mattress.  It's a Posture Pedic.  Yes, I have a rustic-iron headboard, but not footboard.  I'm 5'10" and find that having a footboard is a pain...  I work in a bedding/linen store, so yes... my bed is luxurious and ultra comfy !!

Be careful when choosing a new mattress.  Bigger, (in depth) is not necessarily better.  Have a high loft mattress 15" in depth or bigger, then means finding fitted sheets can be a problem.  Don't let the salesman or woman talk you into alot of extra depth that you don't need...and stay away from Tempura... it's not breathable and very hot!!

Queen size,

I think it is a sealy, and it has the pillow soft top with the extra soft layers.

I do have a bed frame that had the head and bottom frame. it is black with gold brushed in it that makes it look antique. My dresser, chest of drawers and night stand has the same type of handles. Old bed frame wore out & I didn't want to buy a whole new set, so I found a bed frame that would match the rest of the things. It is deeper than most mattresses, but you can find sheets that fit perfect at wal mart. They are called deep pocket sheets. I also have a mattress cover that makes the mattress even more comfortable.I have spinal stenosis, and this is a great mattress for people with back problems. Not hard, not soft, just right.

I have a airmattress...something from Wally World but its o.k. I get to sleep and live in Honolulu. Just kinda makes up for it.
