I want to know can i return back to within ayear without my sponsor n.o.c?

If you have gone on a work permit or an employment pass to

countries like Singapore and have signed a contract , you

can't leave the country without a  n.o.c from the employer (sponsor).

The sponsors  in Saudi Arabia,UAE,Qatar,Bahrain,Kuwait,Oman    UAE,Qatar,Bahrain,Kuwait,Oman & Yemn keep your passports with them. as soon as you land.  They must return your passports and also issue a n.o.c for your exit from the said  countries.  But there are exceptions in respect of job responsibilities.

Vist visa holders do not need a n.o.c.

Such visas will have a time frame.
