  1. With the exceptions of (fox, coyote, wolf, black, brown and grizzly bear), Because I only shoot at  animals that I eat. I use only one rifle to hunt with. It's a Remington 700 PSS in 308. I have yet to come across any animal I could not take down with it. This is by no means a stock rifle, I have made several up grades to it. Spent a lot of time at the range with it. Everyone is going to have their favorites and there are a lot of calibers out there to choose from. The 308 has always worked for me.

  2. Fox / Coyote = .223 win - .243 win

    Black Bear= 7mm Rem Mag - .300 Win Mag

    Brown / Grizzly= .338 Win Mag

    caribou, elk and moose 8x68

i hunt big bodied animals, except for coyote which i don't care if it is a perfect caliber; i just care if the coyote is dead.

  8. All animals mentioned - Hoyt Pro-Tech bow- 70 lbs draw- Gold Tip Pro Hunter arrows- Muzzy broadheads 125 grains.

Scott release- Silverhorn model. It makes things more simple- one bow, one type of arrow, one type of broad head

Then have someone at your back with a cannon for backup!
