  1. Do you mean three months for cure?

The best thing to do is eat low fat and plenty of warm water. Keep relaxed and let your bodies immune system kick in. Avoid fats and oranges for example and eat small (very important) meals. Very light exercise is important such as walking. Mild sunlight will help in the morning. No alcohol or drugs. Low stress and early nights will help.

  2. there is a cure, but it takes longer than a few months.  The best is Pegasys and treatment is for 48 weeks, probably cure about 1/3 of people who take it.  There are 7 different pills you can take but they only suppress the virus, not cure it.  I suggest you get educated at Hep B Foundation or american liver foundation, etc.

  3. there is no cure

  4. Diet Suggestions

Since toxic substance can harm the liver, it is important to periodically cleanse the liver with a detoxification diet.  Fresh organic vegetables, fruits, and grasses are the best way to cleanse the liver- and the rest of you – of toxins.  Avoid alcohol, caffeine, processed foods, and sugar, which can further damage the liver.  Steer clear of excess animal fats and fats that are adulterated, saturated or hydrogenated.  They are hard to digest and pose special problems for a compromised liver.

Foods, Nutrients and Supplements That Help

Fruits rich in minerals, B vitamins, and vitamins A and C, such as melons and citrus are especially cleansing.  The heat of hot lemon tea helps arouse a sluggish liver.  Add a teaspoon of olive oil to stimulate the release of excess bile that congests the liver.  A diet rich in plant foods is generally easier on the liver than fatty animal foods.  Sunflower seeds, soybeans, wheat germ, and their oils are great sources of vitamin E.

Vitamin C protects the liver and effectively treats liver disease.  Choline, a B-vitamin factor, works to ease symptoms of hepatitis.  Lupus patients benefit from vitamin E, A, and B.  In one study, large doses of vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) and vitamin E generated improvement in 100% of the patients.  Vitamin B12 helps heal lesions, and vitamin A rebuilds a healthier immune system in lupus patients.  Fish oils help prevent kidney complications for people affected by lupus, and the minerals germanium, potassium, and magnesium are needed for general liver health.

Herbs can be good detoxifying agents and help restore good health to a damaged liver.  Dandelion,  turmeric and gentian help maintain normal bile flow and can alleviate hepatitis.  Lignans found in red berries have strong antioxidant properties which  have generated complete recovery for 76% of hepatitis patients tested.  Lignans are a group of pythochemicals that behave like plant estrogens.  They are not dietary fiber.

Cats claw and the herb gotu kola and codonopsis have been used to mitigate lupus symptoms.  Reishi mushrooms may provide some relief for people suffering from chronic hepatitis, while kanawatake and maitake mushrooms have been used to treat some of hepatitis.

Drinking herbal tea helps flush toxins from the liver.  Cinnamon and parsley are effective remedies for bad breath.  Chewing cloves or the seeds of coriander, dill, or fennel leaves a pleasant taste in your mouth while removing offensive odors.  Gargling with sage tea, salt water, or tea tree oil is another remedy for halitosis.
