  1. I can almost guarantee you will get the doom mongers on here saying how terrible it is that you have a Chinese bike but in this instance don't listen to them too much. Zhongsheng are a huge factory and the best back up out of them.

I don't deal in those or indeed Chinese bikes at all but I am in the industry and will say that your best bet for an estimate is the obvious one - track down your importer/dealer, as unless someone from a dealer actually answers then you will get nothing but unrelaible carp response here.

The items you mention are off the shelf parts that are not specifically made for just one brand, I would take a safe bet at that and suspect that you will find the parts not to be that bad price wise.

  2. There aren't many brick-and-mortar locations that provide parts and service for Chinese bikes, but those things are often pretty much interchangeable - the manufacturers are buying those components from other manufacturers after all.  For instance, up until about 1975 just about every American car had a Briggs and Stratton-manufactured ignition switch.

So try taking your bike by a Yamaha dealer - I know they work in conjunction with some Chinese manufacturers and there may be some parts crossover.  Take your needed parts with you, see if you have any luck that way.

If that doesn't work out, there are some eBay storefronts that do sell lots of parts for Chinese bikes.

    Good luck!
