I want to know how to get a full scholarship online from the internet?

I'm a master student in genetic engineering right now in Jordan, I want to know if anyone know how to get a scholarship from any country either to complete my master degree or for the ph degree.

How can I apply online application? Please this is important tell me?

i prefer in Asian countries like Japan, but if another countries offer scholarships online please tell me from which site to go ...
