First of all you need to specify where u want to study.

for example in australia when any student recieves an unconditional offer from the university he will be automatically considered for scholarship (applies for both australians and international students) & u can delay accepting your offer till the results of the scholarship is out. If u considered australia u need to hurry cause the closing date for international students is 31/october
