I know that i seem to me an ignorant but I want to know how to get money by blogging.And somethig important is it safe? What is blogging? Do I have to pay to make money by blogging?I want each answer well answered.

thru paid advertising like google adsense - or referral programs like comission juction (where you get a % of referred sales)
