  1. At the same place yes, IN the same CAGE, NO. The conure will kill a cockatiel in a heart beat. Never risk putting conures in with any other birds other then their own mutation of conures.

  2. You should be able to keep a conure and a cockatiel in the same house, even in the same room.

You should never try to keep them in a cage together.

The birds will probably enjoy chatting to each other from across the room but there is a good chance that they may never be able to interact with each other.

Depending on the individual birds- even the smaller conures are really bossy and although cockatiels are tough, they would most likely be dominated by a conure. You dont want to make any unnessesary trips to the vet because the birds have gotten too close together and had a big fight.

  3. Well it would really depend on the two birds and which Conure you  were think of putting together. I have a friend that a Cockatiel and a Orange Front Conure together.  They are about the same size.  If you tried to put a larger Conure in there it might be different.  If they were both baby's and were raised together than that would be different story So I don't think you can say Never it depends on the circumstances, the sizes of the birds and age..
