I want to know if I move to Wales,UK can I still cash my Social Security check there and whats the rent over ?

I'd like to Move to UK for about 2 years and then return to America of course but I am not sure about cost of living or part-time job opportunities or how much rent would be need some answers before I jump the pond????

Why should a country give you money to live in another country?

No, you can't cash your cheques in the U.K.

What's the "of course" about moving back to the U.S. for?  What course?  Does life usually work that way?

You would really need to speak to whoever issues your social security cheque to find that out or if you'll still even qualify to receive it once you've left the USA.  

You also need to look into what kind of visa you qualify for, if you're incapacitated and unable to work, I think you'll find it difficult to get anything other then a tourist visa.

ok well u have to double ur dollars to get the same amount in pounds (their currency). then you can get a visa or something for like 2 years so u can work there and stuff. and i think minimum wage is like 4-5 pounds so it's like 10 dollars per hour. and it depends on what part of wales you're going to.
