Well amigo, you dont give a lot of info and since Gonzalez and Reyes are not uncommon it is necessary. However trying to find a connection beween the "Gonzalez Reyes" of Spain and any mexican subjetc I found:

Sorry, but in Spanish Relles is REYES that means KINGS.Both are very usual
