sure is, its growing pretty quickly and its really a beautiful place. Along that southern part of Bahia, including Transcoso, is getting very popular with the locals and internationals, so i think its worthwhile.

Although, always sinonymous with growth is increased danger. I know someone who was robbed there at gun point, so that is the detracting point, but at least its no where near as bad as anywhere in Rio
