I want to know if i can qualify for the benefit in philhealht?

I am a voluntary member of Philhealth,i started to pay last June of 2007. I am scheduled to give birth on first week of March. I understand that Philhealth is requiring at least 9 months of contribution prior to confinement. Can i still qualify for the benefit?
