  2. I wouldn't be surprised one bit, if the smoking ban laws were changed to suit all immigrants in Britain, which would then make Turkish sheesha lounges legal, whilst all ethnic UK establishments would stay illegal.

  3. YES! they are open, but you cannot smoke in them

  4. Don't know about Birmingham but there are plenty left in London - just wander along the Edgeware Road. They have moved all the stuff outside though. In some ways it's great, shisha smells so good. Don't know how it will last when winter hits properly though.

    I don't know why the law can't be altered to accomodate smoking clubs including shisha bars. It's not as if non smokers would want to go in them. Or is it just a case on non smokers wanting to make life as difficult as possible for those of us who wish to smoke?
