Well, I want to buy Kenwood KDC-W4537UAY or Pioneer DEH-4000UB. Both model can play music via USB stick and I heard that there are some size limitations for USB stick. Some people say that 2 Gb is max size of USB. Is that true or i can plug in 8 Gb USB stick or some different size? Are there some limitations in size of USB stick??

Sorry about bad grammar.

Thanks

  1. couldn't see anything that suggested it wouldn't recognise the size

    Kenwood KDC-W4537UAY

    USB Specifications

    USB Version compatibility 1.1 / 2.0

    File System FAT 16/32

    Maximum Supply current 500mA

    MP3 Decode Compliant with MPEG-1/2 Audio Layer-3

WMA Decode Compliant with Windows Media Audio

    AAC Decode AAC-LC ".m4a" files

WAV Decode Linear - PCM Files

couldn't see anything for the pioneer  (they are "short of usb info")

I've got one (diff version) that I use a 4gig ipoo'd in no worries.

    I'd say 8gig fine
