I want to know if there is any trick to clam me down that i could use on the High school exist exam test?

i really want to pass it this is my 4th time taking it and i get really nerves during the test can u help

  1. If it's nerves:

    1.  Drink no caffeine before the test.

    2.  Jog for about 20 minutes before the test.

    3.  Go to the restroom and jog in place during the test if you begin to get frustrated.

    Also, studies show that these things help jog memory.

      When trying to figure an answer that is very difficult:

    1.  Look up and to the left while thinking.

    2.  Chew gum, eat peppermint, or bounce your leg up and down.

    3.  Change your pencil to the non-dominant hand (if you're right handed...change to the left hand and vice-versa) and draw a picture of the problem (or just write your name, if there is no problem to draw).

    4.  Stare at a blank space in the wall and try to envision the solution.
