Choose a nursery rhyme eg humpty dumpty and make display using it-children can make a humpty, a wall, king horses and men etc and older chidlren can use literacy by writing and displaying the rhyme and they can learn about rhyming words.

Choose a theme such as under the sea-children can paint a sea backgrounda nd then choose what they want to make  (3d or 2d) to stick on. Or space-children can make own planets, rockets and aliens!

Ourselves-children can use paper plates to make our own faces...this can be displayed and then children can write and display there handwritten name underneath!
