Its a real expensive piece of paper and nothing more.  I would  suggest contacting your state's department of education to enroll in a GED course.

It is not a legitimate diploma and would most likely not be accepted at any college for entrance and would be illegal to put on a resume.  

Search google for Belford school, even wikipedia, and read all the info.  They are a diploma mill and nothing more.
