  1. No fish should live in a one gallon tank.  It's barely more than a bowl and will not hold a cycle. You'll need to totally clean it every 3 days and that is very stressful to any fish.

  2. You can add up to a dozen fresh water shrimp and there are many different kinds available.  You may have to go to a fish store to find them but you can look for cherry shrimp, ghost shrimp, bee shrimp, scarlet bee shrimp, blueberry shrimp, etc.  Just make sure you get the freshwater shrimp and not the salt water ones.  You can also put freshwater snails in your tank.  I have mystery snails and ramshorn snails in with my cherry shrimp and they are very interesting.  I have gold and pearl mystery snails but they come in other colors.  My ramshorn snails are the common brown color but I have seen ruby red and blue ramshorns for sale on eBay.

  3. thats not really big enough to have anything in..

  4. I'd say one or two is all your should have in there since its so small.

  5. nothing is suitable not even a betta

  6. That's pretty small.   If you do want to get another fish then get a very small non growing non aggressive one.  Or get a bigger tank

I would stick with 2 small fish or one big fish!

    Just my opinion

  7. Ok, glofish are schooling fish and need a 10 gallon tank. If you want something for that tank, get a betta and take the glofish back. Or get a 10 gallon tank.

  8. get a bigger tank, the small tank keep a frog and ghost shrimp and maybe just one male guppie. Still keep up with water changes

  9. u can add another glofish in yr tank and add 2 male guppies not female and male guppy otherwise yr tank will eventually get overstocked this is my best recommendation for you with a small tank hope this helps and good luck

  10. that tank is too small for any fish. glofish are essentially zebra danios which are highly active fish needing at least 15-20 gallons, that tank is only 1 gallon. no fish should have to live in 1 gallon. as for guppies, they need at least 10-15 gallons also, again very active fish.

it's sad that stores like petco still sell these "tanks" which are nothing better than a vase.

  11. i wouldn't keep a goldfish in it.

i would keep 2 guppies  same gender

  12. fit for maybe 1 small male guppy maybe a male female pair.....
