I want to know something about testerone shots and what it will do and what are the side effects are

My boyfriend just told me his dr has just told him he needed once a month testerone shots.The dr said his testerone level is low what does that mean. What will the shot do? Is there any side effects? Am i worried over nothing?

Are you serious? Sounds like your about to have a panic attack. Do you really think the doctor is going to give your bf something that will harm him more then will help him???????

The shot will make him more normal, his hormones are not normal right now, his testosterone levels are low. This will raise his levels to around what they should be. So he will feel more energetic and less tired, maybe lose a few pounds of fat and put on a few pounds of muscle (nothing like a bodybuilder). Etc............

Why are you asking side effects here? Go look on webmd.com and search for testosterone cypionate or testosterone enanthate, and look up the side effects and information
