I try to post erotic service ad in the craigslist washington DC, US. however, they ask for telephonepending, how to avoid it? or how to continue posting in that area? anybody could help with experience? also, I wonder how many times can one post in that area erotic during a day?

You can't avoid it.  You need to verify your account.  If you want to post more than once every 48 hours, then use two accounts and two different ads.
