  3. In B.Tech study nowadays buying laptop is compulsary. Some colleges help students to buy laptop in instalments eight in number ( one with each semester). Cost of laptop is other that tuition fees.

  4. Normal a laptop is not included in your tutition you can go to the libary for free.....I don't know the fee for 8 semesters what is the fee times by 8....maybe you are not ready for college.
