I want to know the complain website or any department, because my neighbour take care 7 children.?

Those are not her own children,the parents give homey to her to take care their kid. No matter how much rain or snow, he bring the 4 young children to school wait for others.I think quite harmful to the kids. A woman is taking care of children and you want to complain about it? Can't imagine. I am so thankful that there are people who are willing to take care of children, their own and others. If not for them, a lot of families couldn't make ends meet. We all need each other.

Do you have reason to believe the children are in danger? Your department of family services is a good start. Is she or they harming you or your property in some specific way? Then just tell her to stop. Are you wanting to help your neighbor and her children find some volunteer activities in your community? What is your specific complaint?
