I want to know the name of this piece?

Question

It is a man with a lot of arms I think. Standing in a circle. It is very detailed. Can somebody please direct me to a link of it and tell me its meaning? Whoever does gets chosen best answer with 5 stars.

I think you may be thinking of the "Vetruvian Man" by Leonardo da Vinci.  It's sometimes called "Canon of Proportions," or "Proportions of Man" because they were based on Roman architect Vetruvius' ideal proportions for architecture applied to the human body.

Leonardo da Vinci believed the workings of the human body to be an analogy for the workings of the universe. He also believed by some that Leonardo symbolized the material existence by the square and spiritual existence by the circle. Thus he attempted to depict the correlation between these two aspects of human existence.
