  1. I can run 400m in 0.000005 of a second.

  2. Well, I think that the best person to ask is your trainer... Father - he sounds like a good runner and should know these things.

You could look at the results for your races, and see who beats you and which of them are about your age, and who is about 18. Bear in mind as well that the race conditions can affect the winning race times so look at where you come in the field as well as the times you get (a strong wind can make a big difference for example, you might come 3rd but with a poor time, no wind and you might loose with a faster time so your position is also a good indicator of how well you are doing compared to everyone else)

  3. Nice Job I am an 8th Grade Boy from Phily and I run the 400m in 58.1 which is my PB. I was never beaten the whole season, but I had competition. Don't listen to the dumbass above me who said high 52's at our age cuz the world record for our age is 52.34. My source is below.

  4. well if ur 14 and running a 65second 400m, ur well behind the par for your own age of 14s...

    when i was 14 i was running high 52's...

    now im 16 running 49's

so u got a lot of work to.

  5. Im a 13 year old girl and i can do it a bit faster than that i think, but i am a long distance runner so i wouldn't know
