I want to know the title of a board game i played as a kid...?

Question

It is not really a board game, but you slide sections of a kid's body (feet, legs, shorts, shirt, head...) into a piece of plastic, and i remember it involving band-aids. Like if you got it wrong you got a band-aid instead of the piece that you needed or something like that. there were 4 colors...red, blue, green and yellow. the first person who got all of the pieces in the right order wins. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
