There are indeed companies that invest offshore.  I assume you mean companies such as mutual fund companies that will make investments offshore for you rather than for themselves.  There are probably hundreds of such mutual funds.   Among the those generally considered among the best are American Funds EuroPacific fund, AllianceBerstein International Growth fund, and Fidelity International Discovery fund.
