im a detroit red wings fan and i love the predators but im from michigan and i have to pick the wings over the preds, but i do have to say that i dread the predators because they can make the wings pay

I hate when they play Boston the most. Despite Boston not being that great, the leafs struggle against them, and Boston also plays a pretty boring style which isn't exciting too watch.

I'm a Wings fan, and I've always dreaded the Blackhawks.

It was crazy seeing the Wings dominate the Hawks in the two years before this season.  Usually the series is a split.  Then this year the Hawks usually beat the Wings.  I never understand why the Hawks are always so bad.  It seems the only time the Hawks look motivated to play is when they play the Wings.  They usually don't just get lucky either, they play great.  Now if I was the Hawks coach, that would p**s me off.  Why do they suck against the crappy teams in the league, but play very well against the best.  I really think it comes down to the fact that they don't normally sell out too many games... EXCEPT when the Wings are in town.  They know their fans want them to beat Detroit more than anyone else and they get up for the game.

I have a feeling with Kane and Toews in the mix, the Hawks will soon be on the rise.  Also got to throw some props to former Wing Jason Williams.  The Hawks definitely got the best of that three way deal.  He was always one of my favorite players.

It doesn't help either that one of my friends is from the Chicagoland area, and roots for all things Chicago... except the Cubs.  My wife is from the same area too and even though her brothers aren't big hockey fans... they still know when the Hawks beat the Wings, and let me know.

i am a redwings fan and it seems as if when they played the black hawks this year or the blue jackets they both gave them a run for their money!!!!! blackhawks held the record between those meetings!!!!but my fellows pulled it off when it really counted-the cup!!!!!!i do have to give the pens fans a hand on the class they showed by staying and watching the wings raise the cup!!!!!!  go redwings!!!!!!!!!!!
