i've never been to NY but with all i heard, you should go to a nice neighborhood for that. look for something in the city, not too close to the metro.

try the ditmus park area or kensington. we are buying a co-op over there.. i will say that there is an area of flatbush that is starting to change over, but it's taking a minute. it's near prospect park. called 50 leffarts.

smh lol bk got alot of place to live but if u think about  it no where is safe, but try the Craig list they all ways have nice places bensonhusrt is a nice neighborhood around av U by kings plaza is nice to or even better queens
