  1. ALOT depends on what type of boat , the size , the condition etc. I just got a 42 ft. yacht GIVEN to me , it needs some work but its still a 75,ooo dollar boat . My advice to you is DONT be in a hurry , look up bone yard boats on the web OR wooden boat rescue foundation , I hope you have as much good luck as I did. warmest regards , George .
